Acceptable Use Policy

Some of our tools simulate real-world conditions — a device moving along a route, for example. Those are powerful for testing, training and demonstration, and they can be misused. This policy draws the line.

• Testing and quality assurance of software you are entitled to test.
• Training staff, and demonstrating a product.
• Planning and rehearsing operations, such as delivery routes.
• Research and education.

You must not use any tool to:

• Break any law that applies to you or the people affected.
• Deceive a person, employer, insurer or platform in a way that causes them loss — including falsifying your location to claim work, wages or benefits.
• Bypass the security or fraud controls of a service you do not own.
• Access, probe or attack systems without documented permission.
• Harass, stalk, or track another person without their informed consent.
• Send bulk unsolicited messages, or resell platform capacity as your own service without a written agreement.

Automated access must respect the published rate limits. Do not attempt to circumvent them by rotating accounts or credentials.

Breaching this policy can result in suspension or closure of the account, and in serious cases we will cooperate with law enforcement.
